Anyway, I made you a Chocolate Mascarpone Cheese Pie. I made a chocolate cookie crust with chocolate wafer cookies and melted butter. Then, I added mascarpone cheese to the cheesecake filling to make it richer and smoother. To top finish it off, I topped the pie with strawberry Cool Whip. I loved the pretty pale pink color! It is perfect for Valentine's Day.

Chocolate Mascarpone Cheese Pie
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tub Philadelphia Brand chocolate cheesecake filling
1 8 ounce container of mascarpone cheese
1 tub strawberry Cool Whip
Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cheesecake filling and mascarpone together, mixing well. Pour filling into the pie shell and smooth it out. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Top with Cool Whip, slice and serve.
